Instructions for Sponsors
Thank you for sponsoring a new member of the Summerville Rotary Club. Only the sponsor should complete this form. The proposed member should not fill out or submit it themselves.
By submitting this form, you are personally endorsing the candidate’s character and confirming that you believe they will be an engaged and positive addition to our club.
Before You Begin
- Make sure the proposed member understands the expectations and responsibilities of Rotary membership.
- We highly recommend that the proposed member attend an orientation meeting before you submit this form.
What Happens Next
The Membership Committee will review your submission. If the proposed member is accepted, this application will be kept on file for as long as they remain an active member.
